About the author
Jack Angelo writes practical books on energy healing and heart-centered spiritual practice, published by Bear & Company and Sounds True. Love Has Seven Colors: Heart-Centered Practices for the Energy Centers sets out exercises built around the seven main energy centers and their role in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual life. The Healing Wisdom of Mary Magdalene: Esoteric Secrets of the Fourth Gospel reads the Gospel of Signs as a record of Mary Magdalene's teaching and presents her as a visionary figure within early Christian tradition. Distant Healing: How to Send Healing to People, Animals, the Environment, and Around the World includes a study guide and more than fifty exercises aimed at readers who want a structured approach to sending healing at a distance. Across these titles the books address readers already interested in energy work, offering step-by-step practices rather than theoretical argument, with an emphasis on the heart as the organizing principle of healing.
