About the author
Greg Bogart is an American astrologer, psychotherapist, and author who writes at the intersection of depth psychology, dreamwork, and astrology. His books in this catalogue include Dreamwork and Self-Healing: Unfolding the Symbols of the Unconscious (Routledge, 2019), which focuses on the moment-by-moment process of interpreting dreams rather than on dream symbolism in the abstract, and Astrology and Meditation (Wessex Astrologer, 2000), which presents meditation itself as an astrological technique, treating contemplative attention as a way of working with whatever a chart or a moment reveals. In the Company of Sages (Inner Traditions International, 2015) turns to the structure of spiritual apprenticeship, describing the stages of initiation and instruction under a teacher and how to evaluate trust and resonance in that relationship. Across his work, Bogart writes for readers with an existing interest in astrology, dreamwork, or spiritual practice, combining psychological and esoteric frameworks rather than presenting either in isolation.
