About the author
Dick Sutphen was an American self-described psychic researcher and author known for his work on past-life regression, hypnosis, and energy-focused spiritual practice, much of it published through Hay House and Hampton Roads Publishing. Sedona, Psychic Energy Vortexes (2022) focuses on the Arizona town he presents as a center of concentrated cosmic energy connected to spiritual visions and past-life experience. Soul Agreements addresses the idea that individuals plan key life relationships and career directions in a pre-birth spiritual state. Sutphen built a long career around seminars, hypnosis recordings, and books exploring these themes, positioning him as a prominent figure in the New Age self-help and metaphysical movement from the late twentieth century onward.
