About the author
David West is credited with Ghosts and Poltergeists, a paranormal title published in different editions by Rosen Central (2006) and Rosen Classroom. The book investigates documented hauntings attested to by multiple witnesses, presenting both investigative and skeptical readings of specific cases rather than retelling campfire stories. It is part of an educational nonfiction series aimed at younger or general readers looking for an introduction to poltergeist and haunting phenomena, balancing narrative accounts with attention to how such cases have been examined. Because the book appears under different Rosen imprints with matching text, it reads as part of a broader series format rather than a standalone work, and the catalogue offers no further detail about the author beyond this title.
