About the author
Daniela Simina writes about Romanian fairy traditions and fairy-seer practice for Moon Books, drawing on her own background within that lineage. Her titles here include A Fairy Path: The Memoir of a Young Fairy Seer in Training, an autobiographical account of training as a fairy ritual healer in Romania, together with Pagan Portals - Fairy Herbs for Fairy Magic, a reference guide to more than forty herbs used in fairy-related folk magic, and Pagan Portals - Where Fairies Meet, which compares Irish and Romanian fairy traditions. Across the three books, Simina positions Romanian fairy lore alongside better-documented Celtic fairy traditions, aiming at readers of the Pagan Portals series and others interested in European folk magic, herbalism, and fairy belief specifically, rather than at a general pagan or witchcraft audience.
