Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. A keeper.
Honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm impressed. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. It's become a regular reference in my practice. My only quibble is the cover feels thinner than expected. Recommended with reservations.

Finally got around to ordering this. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
