Crystalpedia: The Wisdom, History, and Healing Power of More Than 180 Sacred Stones a Crystal Book

Took a chance on this and glad I did. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. Well worth it.

Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Happy enough with the purchase.

I've read excerpts online before, but having the full text is different. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. Deserves a place on any esoteric bookshelf.

Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. Glad I finally picked this up.

As someone who reads a lot in this field, I can be picky. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. Already eyeing my next order.

Perrakis delivers a robust A-to-Z compendium that successfully merges mineralogical facts with esoteric lore, making it a versatile tool for various levels of interest. The inclusion of geological data adds a layer of credibility often missing in purely mystical texts. However, those seeking rigorous academic geology will find the metaphysical content distracting, while hardcore traditionalists may view the scientific synthesis as diluting pure spiritual tradition. It is not suitable for readers who prefer singular, dogmatic approaches to crystal energy without interdisciplinary context. Nevertheless, for anyone wanting a balanced, well-researched overview of how stones influence energy, this volume stands out as a comprehensive and respectful guide.
