About the author
Paulina Fae, also credited in the catalogue as Paulina Cassidy, is a tarot artist whose illustrated decks are published by U.S. Games Systems, including Magicmakers Tarot, Joie de Vivre Tarot, Paulina Tarot, and the Witchlings Deck & Book Set. Magicmakers Tarot presents a cast of ethereal, invented beings across the full seventy-eight card structure, paired with a guidebook oriented toward personal transformation and intuition. Joie de Vivre Tarot and Paulina Tarot both follow the traditional Rider-Waite arrangement of the Minor and Major Arcana while replacing its imagery with the artist's own whimsical characters and symbolism. The Witchlings Deck & Book Set departs from tarot's usual structure, introducing forty original spirit characters alongside a 200-page guidebook of more than 150 accompanying spells. Across these projects the work is defined by a consistent, brightly drawn visual style applied to divination decks aimed at collectors and readers who value distinctive artwork alongside traditional card meanings.
