About the author
Jacky Newcomb is a British author and broadcaster known for popular books on angels, the afterlife, and reports of contact from deceased loved ones, often billed by her publishers as an afterlife expert. Her HarperTrue titles collect first-person accounts submitted by readers: Dogs in Heaven and Other Animals gathers stories of pets reportedly reaching out after death, From Angels with Love and Messages from Angels focus on experiences read as angelic communication, and A Gift from Heaven and Touching Heaven present accounts of contact and spiritual experience following bereavement. A Christmas Angel narrows the same theme to the festive season. The books are written in an accessible, narrative style aimed at general readers processing grief or curious about reported paranormal contact, rather than at an academic or skeptical audience, and Newcomb has built a substantial body of work in this genre.
