About the author
Fay Johnstone is a Reiki practitioner and author whose two books, both published by Findhorn Press, extend Reiki and energy-healing practice into the plant world. Plant Spirit Reiki: Energy Healing with the Elements of Nature (2020) presents a framework for channeling Reiki energy through connection with plants, aimed at both personal use and professional practice, with accompanying exercises and meditations. Plants That Speak, Souls That Sing: Transform Your Life with the Spirit of Plants (2018) focuses more broadly on cultivating a relationship with plant consciousness as part of a wider spiritual practice, offering guidance on meeting what the book calls plant allies. Both titles are written as practical guidebooks with structured exercises rather than botanical or scientific works, and they are aimed at readers already familiar with Reiki or energy-work practices who want to extend those methods into gardening, foraging, or general engagement with the natural world.
