About the author
Ed Warren, together with his wife Lorraine, was an American paranormal investigator and self-described demonologist whose decades of casework became the basis for numerous books and, later, films including the Conjuring and Amityville franchises. The titles collected here, all reissued by Graymalkin Media in 2014, include Graveyard: True Haunting from an Old New England Cemetery, Satan's Harvest, Werewolf: A True Story of Demonic Possession, and The Haunted: One Family's Nightmare, which recounts the case behind The Haunting in Connecticut. Ghost Hunters and In a Dark Place round out the set, the latter tied to the Snedeker case also dramatized on film. Presented as true accounts supported by witnesses including neighbors, clergy, and law enforcement, the Warrens' books established a template for demonic-possession narratives that influenced popular horror media well beyond the printed page.
