About the author
Alanna Moore is an Australian geomancer and author whose books, published by Python Press, focus on earth energies, standing stones, and water divination. Touchstones for Today looks at the beneficial energies attributed to standing stones and the traditions of healing and divination associated with them; The Wisdom of Water examines water as a carrier of vitality and information across landscapes and the body, drawing on the practices of water diviners; and Divining Earth Spirit treats geomancy itself as the art of working with a landscape understood as living and conscious. Across the three books Moore writes from within the practice of geomancy and dowsing rather than as an outside observer, addressing readers already interested in earth energies, sacred sites, and divination. The books are catalogued under tarot-divination and occult philosophy, and together form a consistent body of work on subtle landscape and water energies.
