I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use.
Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. Great value for what you get.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. Still worth having on the shelf.
Bought this as a gift for my sister and ended up ordering a second copy for myself. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. Good, with the caveats above.
