Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. It's become a regular reference in my practice. If you're drawn to this subject, don't hesitate.
Needed this for my research. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. Five stars from me.
This edition finally does the material justice. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. A text you study rather than simply read. Highly recommend to serious students.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. Highly recommend to serious students.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Recommended with reservations.
