Not my usual area but wanted to branch out. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
My book club chose this last month. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. Still worth having on the shelf.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. Will be gifting a copy to a friend.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. Deserves a place on any esoteric bookshelf.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. It's become a regular reference in my practice. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Still worth having on the shelf.
My book club chose this last month. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. My only quibble is the cover feels thinner than expected. Good, with the caveats above.
This edition finally does the material justice. A text you study rather than simply read. Glad I finally picked this up.
