Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. A text you study rather than simply read. Solid, if not essential.
Honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm impressed. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. My only quibble is the cover feels thinner than expected. Good, with the caveats above.

I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes.
