Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading.
This has been on my wishlist for months. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm.
Perfect companion for my morning study sessions. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. If you're drawn to this subject, don't hesitate.
A friend in my study group recommended this one. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. Delivery took a bit longer than quoted. Good, with the caveats above.
