Perfect companion for my morning study sessions. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Still worth having on the shelf.
Not my usual area but wanted to branch out. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. My only quibble is the cover feels thinner than expected. Still worth having on the shelf.
Was skeptical at first. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. Will be gifting a copy to a friend.
