Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. The font runs small in the appendices. Still worth having on the shelf.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. Glad I finally picked this up.
