Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. A text you study rather than simply read. The historical context alone makes it worth the price.
Long-time student of the esoteric here. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. If you're drawn to this subject, don't hesitate.
Finally got around to ordering this. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. Recommended if you're ready to do the work.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text.
